Judith Rogala

began her career with TWA, rising rapidly from flight attendant to senior management. She was recruited by FedEx early in the company’s history where she oversaw expansion into Canada and 17 central states, contributing to FedEx’s growth from $300 million to $7+ billion. During her 10 years there, she managed 20,000 employees throughout the world in hub operations, properties and facilities, engineering and logistics.

While at FedEx, Rogala took a leadership role in the merger with Flying Tigers Cargo and was then recruited to become CEO of Flagship Express, a worldwide NASDAQ cargo airline company. During the last decade, she has specialized in turnarounds and startups for Office Depot and ARAMARK, among others. She has an established consulting practice specializing in ethical business leadership. A lifelong athlete, Rogala is also associated with The Catapult Factor, a leadership training organization that uses mountain climbing as a life-changing means to expand individual, professional and team boundaries.
